Emphasis is placed on exploring the psychology and behaviors that can lead to poor health habits. A thorough curriculum covering a broad range of subjects is offered to help participants experience and explore ways to maintain their success. We recognize that good health requires a life-long commitment, and we strive to provide the tools necessary to be successful for the long term.
Daily Activities
Classes are taught by medical staff, registered dietitians, therapists, exercise physiologists, certified stress management instructors and other health care professionals.
