Baked Vanilla Pears with Raisins

2 Fresh Pears
1/2 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
1 & 1/2  Tablespoons Raisins
1/4 Cup Water

Preheat oven to 450º. Peel, core and halve the pears. Mix vanilla, raisins and water in a mixing cup. Set pears in a 2" pan and pour mixture on top. Cover pan w/ foil and bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm.

Makes 2 servings.
