Prunes |
Preheat oven to 450. Bake sweet potatoes for 45-55 minutes,
allow to cool, then peel. Mash sweet potato and banana in
a mixing bowl. Whisk in prunes, pineapple, cinnamon and vanilla
extract. Mixture will have a creamy texture. Spread mixture
in an 8x 8” pan and bake for 25 minutes.
