cups zucchini -- cut in 2" strips |
| 1 1/2 |
cups yellow onion -- cut in 2" strips |

cup carrots -- cut in 2" strips |

cup broccoli -- diced |
| 1 |
cup mushrooms -- sliced |
| 1/2 |
cup water |
| 1 |
tablespoon minced garlic |
| 1/2 |
teaspoon black pepper |
| 1/2 |
teaspoon ginger |
| 1/2 |
teaspoon wasabi |
Saute all vegetables in oil over medium-high flame stirring
constantly. Just as vegetables appear to dry, add 1/4 cup
water and cover. Repeat once more when water in pan is gone.
Just before the last of the water evaporates, remove from
flame and serve immediately.
If you like sesame seeds, feel free to add them just prior
to removing from flame. Add a little grilled chicken or
fish to make a complete meal.
