
Cindy's Granola
4 cups uncooked oats
1 cup raisins
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup unsalted nuts
1 cup pure maple sugar
Cinnamon to taste
Mix all ingredients and bake for 20 minutes at 325.
Can be used as a fruit topping or a small snack.
Cindy tells us that this granola has the crunch that she
craves and has allowed her to go without chocolate
cravings for over a year.
Yields: 16 servings.
Each 1/4 cup serving contains approximately: 230
calories, 6.5g fat, 0.5g saturated fat,
42g carbohydrates, 3g fiber, 0mg cholesterol, 4mg
sodium, 4g protein.
