Slaw
  • 6 cups napa cabbage, sliced very thin
  • 1 cup carrots, grated
  • 1/2 cup daikon radish, grated
  • 1/2 cup raisins

  • 4 Tbsp stoneground mustard, no salt added
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard, no salt added
  • 1/2 Tbsp honey
  • 1/2 Tbsp dill (dried or fresh), more or less if you prefer
  • water dilute mixture to desired consistency
Preparation:

Core the napa cabbage and discard any brown or limp leaves. Slice thinly. Grate the carrots and daikon using a small hole grater. Mix with the cabbage and add raisins.
