
Crispy Sweet Pearl Onions
This dish is just unbelievably good to be this easy!

| 5 |
cups (cleaned, whole) pearl onions, frozen is fine |
| 1 |
cup uncooked cream of wheat; preferably Bob’s Red Mill no salt added* |
| 1 |
pinch paprika |
| 1 |
pinch black pepper |
| 1 |
pinch garlic powder |
| 1 |
tsp extra virgin olive oil |
| 1 |
tsp honey |
| 1 |
Tbs water |
Mix all of the dry ingredients together in a large bowl. In a small bowl, mix liquid ingredients and toss onions to coat. Stir in dry ingredients, and pour mixture evenly over non-stick cookie sheet. Place in oven for 40-60 minutes (or until crispy).
