
Jerk Fingerling Potatoes
Here we have one of our very own Rice House favorites! This popular dish is seen throughout the dining room every time it makes the menu.

cups large fingerling potatoes |
| ½ |
tsp paprika |
| ½ |
tsp Frontier Jamaican spice, salt free* |
| 1 |
tsp garlic powder |
| 1 |
tsp extra virgin olive oil |
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Lay all fingerling potatoes in a large non-stick baker’s pan. Bake at 350 until crisp (35-50 minutes).
