Banana Pops
Frozen desserts don’t have to be loaded with chemicals and refined sugar void of any nutritional value; they can be a delicious, nutritious treat! Our dietitican Ryan made these with her dad when she was a kid. It’s an easy dish that can be used as a side at breakfast or even for desert, and can make any age feel young at heart.
