Make a Rice Neck Roll
Take a clean sock with a
tight weave
Fill it with uncooked
rice- any kind of rice will do.
Tie the sock's open
end shut with yarn or tie it in a knot.
Microwave your Rice Neck
Roll for 1minute on HIGH heat.
Drape it over a sore
muscle, or around your neck.
Store in a plastic
storage bag for future use.
