Setting Goals!
If youre about to start a wellness program, think about
more than just the long term goals. Try setting intermediate
goals in addition to long term ones. The sense of achievement
you feel as you reach each goal can help keep you motivated
to move on to the next goal. Are you trying to lose 30 lbs?
Try setting goals for 10 lbs then 20lbs. And dont forget
about other goals. Exercise walking for 30 minutes
could be the first of many goals you reach before your final
goal of walking 5 miles a day. You can set similar goals for
