
Thai Noodles
This recipe works
with any shape of rice noodles. At the Rice House we use
noodles that are the shape of the Notta Pasta Liguine noodles.

| 4 ounces |
rice noodles |
| 1 recipe (1/2 cup) |
Balsamic Ginger Sauce |
| 1/4 cup |
scallions, chopped |
Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil. Add noodles and bring
back to a boil for 3 minutes. Drain noodles and rinse with
cool water.
Heat small wok
or skillet and add sauce and noodles. Toss noodles and sauce
until noodles are well coated and finish cooking - about
2 minutes.
Transfer noodles
to a serving plate and sprinkle with scallions.
Makes 2
servings.
